The Beginning
In 2018, Jim Cacioppo collaborated with fellow cannabis and finance experts Erich Mauff and Jon Barack and realized that by combining their shared industry know-how, they could make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals across the globe.
They quickly gathered an impressive team of experts to create Jushi Holdings Inc., with the ambition to be a leading multi-state owner and operator of cannabis licenses — headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida.
Building the Foundation
Jushi entered Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Nevada — establishing its flagship retail brand, BEYOND / HELLO, as a premium dispensary experience focused on going beyond the expected for every customer and patient. The company was recognized as one of the Best Cannabis Companies to Work For in both 2019 and 2020.
National Expansion
Jushi expanded rapidly into Illinois, Ohio, Massachusetts, and California — growing its portfolio of brands including The Bank, The Lab, Nira+, Seche, and Tasteology. The team grew to hundreds of employees across cultivation, manufacturing, and retail operations.
Today
Today, Jushi operates 42 retail locations across 8 states, 6 cultivation facilities, and 6 manufacturing operations. Our team has grown to ~1,200 members and counting. With the launch of new brands like Van Golden and Flower Foundry, Jushi continues to push the boundaries of what a national cannabis company can be.
